German and English transcription for the design chat. Audio is deleted after the transcript is returned unless you turn retention on. The model and backend are environment variables on the stt worker.

Leave this on. Turning it off keeps the recording in object storage under stt/inbox. Those objects are not served by the public artifact route. The transcript itself is not stored until the person sends the chat message.
